- Start taking vitamins –Calcium is good for bone health and B-12 supports proper brain functioning. You are never too young to start a vitamin regimen.
- Eat healthy- Eat more fruits, vegetables and grains. It’s best to eat a well-rounded diet and make sure you get plenty of water.
- Keep your mind active – Keeping your mind active is important in later life. Try playing games, or taking a class. This will help keep your brain young; mental stimulation also works as an anti-depressant.
