A PROOF OF LIFE AFTER DEATH?

A team of psychologists and medical doctors associated with the Technische Universität of Berlin, have announced this morning that they had proven by clinical experimentation, the existence of some form of life after death. This astonishing announcement is based on the conclusions of a study using a new type of medically supervised near-death experiences, that allow patients to be clinically dead for almost 20 minutes before being brought back to life.

This controversial process that was repeated on 944 volunteers over that last four years, necessitates a complex mixture of drugs including epinephrine and dimethyltryptamine, destined to allow the body to survive the state of clinical death and the reanimation process without damage. The body of the subject was then put into a temporary comatic state induced by a mixture of other drugs which had to be filtered by ozone from his blood during the reanimation process 18 minutes later.

The extremely long duration of the experience was only recently made possible by the development of a new cardiopulmonary recitation (CPR) machine called the AutoPulse. This type of equipment has already been used over the last few years, to reanimate people who had been dead for somewhere between 40 minutes to an hour.

Near-death experiences have been hypothesized in various medical journals in the past, as having the characteristics of hallucinations, but Dr Ackerman and his team, on the contrary, consider them as evidence for the existence of the afterlife and of a form of dualism between mind and body.

The team of scientists led by Dr Berthold Ackermann, has monitored the operations and have compiled the testimonies of the subjects. Although there are some slight variations from one individual to another, all of the subjects have some memories of their period of clinical death. and a vast majority of them described some very similar sensations.

Most common memories include a feeling of detachment from the body, feelings of levitation, total serenity, security, warmth, the experience of absolute dissolution, and the presence of an overwhelming light.

The scientists say that they are well aware the many of their conclusions could shock a lot of people, like the fact that the religious beliefs of the various subjects seems to have held no incidence at all, on the sensations and experiences that they described at the end of the experiment. Indeed, the volunteers counted in their ranks some members are a variety of Christian churches, Muslims, Jews, Hindus and atheists.

“I know our results could disturb the beliefs of many people” says Mr Ackermann. “But in a way, we have just answered one of the greatest questions in the history of mankind, so I hope these people will be able to forgive us. Yes, there is life after death and it looks like this applies to everyone.”

What is Vaginal Itch?

Vaginal itching is a bothersome problem where the external skin of the vagina, labia and vulva becomes tingly and irritated and often leads to the desire to scratch. This is a distressing problem for many women, especially if it becomes a chronic condition, and it can cause much discomfort.

What Causes Vaginal Itch?

Many women immediately attribute vaginal itching to yet another bout of vaginal thrush and immediately seek over-the-counter thrush creams for relief. However, there are a number of causes for external vaginal itching, and while yeast infections are a common cause, there are many others that should be considered.

Common causes of vaginal itching include:

• Stress can increase the likelihood of developing an infection and it can make feminine itch worse or cause recurring vaginal itching.
• Yeast infections or thrush, most commonly caused by the fungal organism Candida albicans. A yeast infection is generally accompanied by white curd-like discharge and can be brought on by antibiotics, birth control pills, pregnancy, menstruation, condom use, sexual intercourse, diabetes, and a weakened immune system.
• Menopause causes a drop in estrogen, which often results in a thinning of the vaginal wall and less lubrication which can lead to vaginal itching.
• Dry Skin is a common problem. Skin needs moisture in order to stay supple, and retaining moisture becomes difficult the older you get.
• Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted disease and is caused by the bacteria Chlamydia trachomatis. Different strains of Chlamydia cause genital, eye, lymph node, and respiratory infections
• Vaginitis is an inflammation or infection of the vagina and/or vulva and is often accompanied by discharge and odor. Vaginitis can be caused by a variety of other infections including bacteria, viruses and sexually transmitted diseases.
• Chemical irritants, such as washing detergents, fabric softeners, feminine sprays, scented sanitary towels, ointments, creams, douches, and contraceptive foams or gels.

Vaginal Itch in Children

Vaginal itching in children is oftentimes a symptom of yeast diaper rash. Leaving a child in their diaper for extended periods of time allows Candida to grow due to the warm,  moist environment. Rarely does the rash go beyond the edges of the diaper; however, it can make the vagina itch, especially in the folds of skin where fungus can easily inhabit.

Alternatively, vaginal itch may be caused by a reaction to soaps, dyes, or perfumes. When bathing your child, make sure you use chemical-free soaps and wash their clothes in chemical-free detergent.

For older children who aren’t quite aware on how to clean their bodies properly, vaginal itching may be a sign of poor wiping or toilet paper stuck in the folds of the skin of the vagina. Lastly, adolescent girls who are just starting to reach puberty may be suffering from a yeast infection; at this point it is imperative for young girls to have a clear understanding of proper hygiene.

Tips for Vaginal Itching

• Avoid bubble baths, scented sanitary towels, spermicidal gels and any other chemical irritants down below!
• Do not douche and never use soap to wash your vagina. This causes irritation and kills healthy bacteria, allowing bad bacteria to grow. Rather, wash with warm water.
• Let your vagina breathe by wearing only cotton underwear and if possible do not sleep with underwear at all until the itching has subsided.
• Avoid sex until any suspected infection has cleared. In addition, always use a condom to prevent STD infections.
• Use a natural lubricant if intercourse is painful or if you suffer from vaginal dryness.
• Young girls should learn to practice good feminine hygiene. This means washing hands before and after going to the toilet and always wiping from front to back to avoid bacteria from the rectum coming in contact with the vaginal area.
• Visit your doctor if itching persists to determine the underlying cause as some causes of vaginal itching can be serious. If left untreated certain viruses and bacteria may cause fertility complications.
• If a sexually transmitted disease is the cause, then make sure your partner is also treated. Failure to treat both with mean the infection will come back.

               The Story of an EAGLE 

story of an Eagle

The Eagle has the longest life-span of its species. It can live up to 70 years.
But to reach this age, the eagle must make a very difficult decision!
In its 40th year, the eagle's long and flexible Talons can no longer grab a prey which serves as food.
Its long and sharp beak becomes bent.
Its old-aged and heavy wings, due to their thick feathers, stick to its chest and make it difficult to fly.
Then, the eagle is left with only two options: DIE or go through a painful process of CHANGE! This process lasts for 150 days (5 months)
the process requires the eagle to fly to a mountain top and sit on its nest. There the eagle knocks its beak against a rock until it plucks it out.

Then the eagle will wait for the new beak to grow back after which it will pluck out its talons. When its talons grow back, the eagle starts plucking its old aged feathers.
And after this the eagle takes its famous flight of rebirth and LIVES for 30 more years!!

Why is Change needed? : In order to survive and live. We too have to start the change process.
We sometimes need to get rid of the unpleasant old memories, negative habits and our fixed mind set. Only Freed from the past burdens can we take advantage of the present.

If an eagle can make a life saving and life changing decision at the age of 40....why can't we?
In order to take on a New Journey ahead, let go of your negative old limiting beliefs. Open up your mind and let yourself fly high like an eagle!
When it rains, all birds occupy shelter. But the EAGLE avoids the rain by flying above the clouds....problem is common to all but the attitude to solve it makes the difference!
Don't be afraid of change...accept it gracefully!

This year may be the year you actually start your own large or small business

 If your plan  was to start  a small business, time may be on your side this year.  Optimism among small business owners increased last year, reaching 98.1 in December 2014, the highest reading since February 2007, according to the National Federation of Independent Business. Experts say a number of factors could boost Main Street optimism and entrepreneurship rates further in the new year, among them access to cash (also read how to raise money) , low fuel costs and a number of tax incentives. Nigel Thomas, 38, left his career as a software engineer to soft launch his New York City-based business in November 2014. This year, Thomas plans to expand his company, GoLocker, which allows consumers who don't live in buildings with doormen to use lockers to intercept packages, so they don't have to wait around for delivery ( Rogers,2015).   Access to capital: 
Thomas so far has two sets of lockers in bodegas in Brooklyn, and plans to open three more locations in the first quarter of this year. Another factor encouraging entrepreneurship is low interest rates.According to Gene Marks (Gene Marks is the  founder of small business consulting firm The +Marks Group ) Over all low interest rates and its impact on small business owners should not be ignored,. For example, the U.S. Small Business Administration is zeroing out fees on loans of $150,000 or less through fiscal year 2015( Marks,2015).

"Some banks are still wary about giving small-business loans, but they have created a market for the micro and alt lenders of the world," said Marks, adding there are more options to access capital. Read more: How to raise money
Alternative lenders including OnDeck Capital and Lending Club can have looser lending standards and quicker turnaround times for cash, although interest rates can be quite high.
 
Low energy cost:

Lower energy prices including gas , also are making starting a venture more enticing.Furthermore, Marks (2015) argued that , while low gasoline prices may give consumers more cash to spend, lower fuel prices also mean fewer worries for small business owners. For example, John Egan  who started a transportation business last year, saw huge cost reduction due to cheap fuel -which lead him to expand his small business.  It is argued that energy costs are a top business cost for small businesses. 

Government policy relating to Taxes and retirementincentives

In fact , tax incentives are attracting potential entrepreneurs.One tax incentive that start-ups can take advantage of in 2015 is the Small Business Tax Credit. This is for small employers that offer workers health insurance through the Small Business Health Options exchange setup under the Affordable Care Act ( thanks to Barack Obama POTUS) . To qualify, workers must have fewer than 25 workers all making an average of $50,000 or less.  According to Trabold (2015)  , employers who offer their workers coverage through the exchange are eligible to receive up to 50 percent back on those premiums ( Mike Trabold is director of Compliance Risk at Paychex, a payroll and human resource services firm).

Small businesses that start a new 401(k) plan can claim a federal tax credit for the first three years of the plan to offset their start-up costs, including costs to set up and administer the plan, as well as costs to educate employees. In addition,  the maximum contribution has increased in 2015 to $18,000 (Trabold, 2015).
Furthermore, Trabold indicated that : If a small business buys an energy system including solar panels, fuel cells or wind system, business owners may qualify for these tax credits under the Energy Improvement and Extension Act of 2008's Business Energy Investment Tax Credit. This credit applies to energy systems installed on or before Dec. 31, 2016.

Tacking action: 

In reality, entrepreneurship is risky , the fear of failure plus the improvement of the job market lead to most people feeling less pressure to become their own boss out of necessity. In the latest jobs report from the Labor Department, 321,000 jobs were added in November, the 10^thconsecutive month of gains of more than 200,000 jobs. The unemployment rate held steady at 5.8 percent.Despite an improved employment outlook, some entrepreneurs including Thomas can't resist the allure of incentives and the chance to be their own bosses."It's difficult to sit behind a desk and not be able to use your creative side," Thomas said. "But if you're a real entrepreneur, you will never be truly happy working for someone else." (Rogers, 2015).
